All Fam Foolery Affiliates are required to complete the program agreement and remain in compliance with these terms. This list contains everything you need to know to be a Fam Foolery affiliate, including resources, recommendations, and some legal terms.

Commission

Commission Rate

Available commissions are detailed in the Affiliate Tool. Commissions may be based on purchases, and purchase commissions may be calculated based on monthly or annual purchases at the rates outlined in the Affiliate Tool.

Limitations

1. First Purchase Only: For purchase commissions, you will receive a commission for the first purchase made by a new customer who is not in an active sales process with us at the time of the affiliate link click.

2. Cookie Reliance: Affiliate links may rely on cookies to track referrals. Therefore, if cookies get cleared, we may not be able to track these events.

3. Cookie Windows: Cookie windows are stated in the Affiliate Tool.

4. Correct Link Usage: Only affiliate links can be used to track referrals. Incorrect use of affiliate links will cause an inability to track referrals.

Other limitations may result in the commission not being paid. We encourage you to read the Affiliate Program Agreement for more information on this.

Upgrades/Downgrades

You do not receive additional commission if a customer upgrades to be a Wholesale Partner in the future. If a customer downgrades, you will receive the commission associated with that downgrade.

Attribution

In the event a single customer clicks two different affiliate links, the last affiliate gets the credit. We do, however, reserve the right to modify this in certain circumstances.

Promoting Fam Foolery, Inc.

Fam Foolery Branding

Capitalize the “T” in TRAP SNATCH® correctly to maintain consistent branding. You must follow our affiliate assets (The affiliate assets contain MARKETING MATERIALS to help affiliates promote and advertise while maintaining the Fam Brand identity).

Do not use false or misleading statements on the benefits of using Fam Foolery (e.g., “Get rich quick with Fam Foolery”). Do not modify or adjust the logo in any marketing material, including creating visual badges or dual-logo lockups.

What to Call Yourself

You can refer to yourself as a “ Fam Foolery Affiliate" or “Affiliate Marketer,” but do not refer to yourself as a Partner or that you’ve “partnered with Fam Foolery, Inc.” This includes press releases, references in videos, listings on your website, or any other marketing material.

Other Policies

FTC Disclosure: You must be FTC compliant and disclose in a clear way before the affiliate link that you will receive a commission if someone clicks through and purchases.

Purchasing Fam Foolery Yourself: One of the benefits of the Affiliate Program is we don’t require you to purchase Fam Foolery products. However, if you decide to purchase, we require that you do not use your affiliate link.

Sharing Placements: When requested, you’ll share the places you’ve used your affiliate link. This includes, but is not limited to, links, screenshots, and email sends.

Survey Participation: We encourage you to participate in any affiliate-specific NPS surveys, industry surveys, marketing surveys, etc., as we request.

Who can become a Fam Foolery affiliate?

We encourage you to apply to our affiliate program if you are a content creator or online educator, in a non-profit organization.

If you create content that targets Families, Schools, Events, business professionals, educators athletes, and more. you are likely a great fit for our program.

What promotion methods are accepted?

We welcome a variety of promotion methods to offer you the flexibility to select the approach that best suits you. Most of your affiliate partners promote their affiliate links via blogging, email marketing, YouTube, Social Media, WordPress, Shopify, and more.

How do I join the program?

1. Learn how you can get your application approved here.
2. Submit your application.
3. We will review your application within 2-3 business days and approve your application if it's a good fit.

How do I get paid?

The Fam Foolery Affiliate Program supports payment by direct deposit or PayPal. A minimum balance of $10 USD is required before withdrawals can be made.

Keep in mind that we reserve the right to postpone the payout until at least two different customers are referred to avoid self-referrals.

Are there any restricted affiliate activities?

As we want to keep the Affiliate Program fair, there are some restricted activities:

Coupon sites.
Using any Fam Foolery, logo in profiles on social media.
Using misleading or incorrect information (non-existent discounts, etc.)
The restricted activities will lead to the disapproval of your affiliate commissions or the termination of the partnership.

Do I need to be a Fam Foolery Customer?

We would love it if you used Fam Foolery Products, but you are not required to be a Fam Foolery customer to be a part of the program.

Signing up and participating as an affiliate is completely free. Plus, there are no minimum sales required to earn a commission.
