Why is the game called Trap Snatch? 

The goal is to catch your opponent slipping and snatch their card. Don’t worry moms, all content is family-friendly and safe for everyone, whether you’re playing with the girls, your little ones, or grandma. But hey, we’re not responsible for what your people say while they play, lol.

How do I play? 

We know, we know—you probably won’t read or follow them, but we still include an instruction pamphlet in every game box. Because we feel you, we made it easier on you with a video tutorial. Just click here and let us show you how it’s done. Now go on and laugh and have fun, you got this!

What is the difference between the Original and the Black History 365 Edition? 

The Original Edition covers words and phrases that resonate with the whole Black experience, including hair, slang, food, history, and entertainment. The Black History 365 Edition focuses on the Black people, events, and accomplishments often overlooked by mainstream media. Here’s a quick guide to help you choose the perfect version for your event!

What payment methods do you accept?

We keep it flexible! We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Pick what works best for you, and let's get your game on!

What if I have less than 4 players? 

While we think you’ll have the most fun with 4 players, we get it—sometimes the squad’s not all there. No worries, we got you! Here are a few fun ways people modify the rules to play in pairs or trios:

  • Just the Two of Us: If you say things like “it’s just a game, it doesn’t matter who wins,” you’ll love this model. Take turns getting your partner to guess the word or phrase on your card. You can keep score or not—up to you!
  • Every Man For Themselves: TLC, Salt-N-Pepa, and Destiny’s Child show us good things come in threes. Take turns giving clues to your opponents. Whoever guesses the word or phrase first gets to do the next card.
  • Zoom It Up: Missing a couple of players? No problem! Set up a meeting room and play via Zoom or video chat following the traditional rules. The person in the same room as you will have to be your opponent. Everyone can join in the fun, no matter where they are!

It’s hard to get my people together for game night, do you host game nights? 

We feel you! Adulting makes it hard to get the squad together. That’s why we host monthly virtual game show experiences! Where is my order? 

Once you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email or text (whichever you choose at checkout). We process orders within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. After processing, you’ll get another email with your tracking info. Hang tight—your game night is on its way!

Where do you ship? 

We ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and internationally! 🌍 If you’re a distant relative and having issues at checkout, hit us up at hello@famfoolery.com or DM us on Instagram. We got you!

Which shipping carriers do you use? 

At checkout, you can choose your shipping carrier. We currently ship via the United States Post Office (USPS) and UPS. Pick what works best for you, and we’ll get your game to you in no time!

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on the weight and destination of your order. Simple as that!

I paid for expedited shipping, when will my package ship? 

If you paid for expedited shipping, we’ve got you covered! Your package will ship out within 24 hours on business days. Fast shipping for your fast life! Another option is to check our list of retail partners to see if Trap Snatch is sold at a store near you. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes? 

Yep, we sure do! You can have your order shipped to a PO Box. USPS is your best bet for this option.

My package is marked as delivered but I did not receive it?

Oh no! If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, double-check around your place and with neighbors. Still no luck? Contact the carrier service or our support team at hello@famfoolery.com  and we’ll help track it down.

I received the wrong game, what should I do? 

Oops, our bad! Missy said it best, “Nobody’s perfect” but Trap Snatch is still the perfect game for you.  if you received the wrong edition, reach out to our support team with your order number. We’ll sort it out and get the right game to you ASAP.

My order processed, can I change my shipping address? 

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can change the shipping address. Contact our support team ASAP with your order details, and we’ll make the update.

Where can I get a scoreboard?

Right here! Downloadand print as many copies as you'd like.

How can I find out my delivery date? 

Your tracking information will include an estimated delivery date. You'll receive an automated email with tracking information within 24 hours after your order as long as your order is placed before 3 pm on weekdays and noon on Saturdays.

When am I going to get my games?

It depends on if you've selected USPS First-Class or Priority shipping. We ship all orders out same day as long as your order is placed before 3 pm on weekdays and noon on Saturdays.

When should I order? 

For Christmas and New Year, we recommend being safe at least a week or so before. Sometimes there are delays at USPS due to increased holiday volume.

For Express Shipping with UPS, select the option at checkout. Our cutoff for UPS Next Day Air and Air Saver orders is 2 PM CT. Place your order before then to ensure it ships out the same day. RETURNS

What is your return policy? 

We want you to love your game! If you’re not satisfied, do like Pops “and don’t tell nobody”. Just kidding - let us know what happened at hello@famfoolery.com. We want to know if we can make it right. You can return it within 30 days of purchase. The game must be unopened and in its original condition. Just contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through the process.

I purchased the wrong game, can I exchange it? 

No worries! If you bought the wrong game, you can exchange it. Reach out to our support team at hello@famfoolery.com within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll help you swap it for the right one.

What happens after I email your support team? 

We may not be able to respond as quick as Amazon, but I bet we value your business more! Once you email our support team, we’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours. We’ll work with you to resolve any issues and make sure you’re happy with your purchase. We’ve got your back!

To book an event, fill out our booking form, provide event details, and pay a deposit to secure your date. It’s that easy!

How far in advance do I need to book my event? 

We recommend booking at least 8-12 weeks in advance to ensure availability. Don’t wait—lock in your date!
