  • Acceptance: We review applications and notify you of acceptance within 2-3 days. Participation requires compliance with this agreement and program policies.

  • Customer Transactions: Commissions are paid for eligible transactions as described in the Affiliate Tool. Some transactions are excluded from commissions.

  • Payment: Requirements include agreement to terms, account setup, valid payment method, and tax documentation. Payments are subject to conditions and forfeiture after six months if requirements are unmet.

  • Confidentiality: Both parties must protect confidential information.

  • Termination: Either party can terminate the agreement with notice. Obligations to pay commissions continue for certain transactions after termination, except in cases of termination for cause.

  • Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all relevant laws and regulations and not engage in deceptive practices.

How do I get paid?

The Fam Foolery Affiliate Program supports payment by direct deposit or PayPal. A minimum balance of $10 USD is required before withdrawals can be made.

Keep in mind that we reserve the right to postpone the payout until at least two different customers are referred to avoid self-referrals.

Are there any restricted affiliate activities?

As we want to keep the Affiliate Program fair, there are some restricted activities:

Using any TRAP SNATCH®, logo in profiles on social media.
Using misleading or incorrect information (non-existent discounts, etc.)
The restricted activities will lead to the disapproval of your affiliate commissions or the termination of the partnership.

We would love it if you used Fam Foolery Products yourself, but you are not required to be a Fam Foolery customer to be a part of the program.
